American Diabetes Wholesale (ADW) is a fast growing e-commerce retailer of diabetic supplies to consumers. Brightworks Interactive is helping ADW with both tactical and strategic projects to help the company continue profitable growth.
Two brothers and a childhood friend founded the company on 2002 with the mission of “Keeping Diabetes Management Affordable.” The company is very well run and has high customer satisfaction scores.
Even with this success, ADW has typical growth challenges and opportunities including: increasing customer loyalty, continuing to acquire new customers while maintaining a desirable acquisition cost, and quickly outgrowing its current eCommerce platform.
Brightworks Interactive quickly assessed current state and worked with the management team to determine short- and long-term goals. Immediately, before even putting pen to paper to develop a marketing plan, we developed a few customer surveys to help with prioritization of growth and marketing projects. Using our proprietary prioritization tool, we developed a dynamic growth plan for the company, eCommerce and marketing.
